He has served on the board of companies such as Cognism (UK), One PM (Switzerland), and Securities Grid (UK), and held CEO and management board positions at Netcetera (Switzerland), Mimovrste (Slovenia), Trimo UAE (UAE), Elektro Energija (Slovenia), and others.

In 2023, Darko authored “Management in AI powered world.” His predictions that AI would lead to leaner organizations with less middle management and create faster, better, and more efficient companies have been proven correct by research from Gartner, BCG, and others *.

Saša has dedicated her career to controlling, reporting, and financial planning, actively working in these fields since 2000. She has played a key role in the development of controlling in both large and small companies in Switzerland and Slovenia. She has helped companies such as Green (one of the leading Swiss companies in the digital sector) and Innutri (an innovative biotech company). In Slovenia, she has supported DZS Group (one of Slovenia’s largest publishing and retail companies) and Delo Prodaja (one of the biggest distributors and sellers of periodicals in Slovenia).

Her expertise in controlling includes setting up controlling systems, establishing processes for data collection and updates, implementing regular financial reporting etc. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to provide accurate and timely information to management, enabling better and timely decision-making.
